RingCentral recently announced the development of the RingCentral app for BlackBerry, which is now available for a free download. This app enables RingCentral customers to take calls, voice messages, and faxes where ever they are and at any time of the day.
A few of the features the RingCentral app for BlackBerry offers are the ability to receive, view, and forward Internet faxes, and access to your fax logs. Along with the ability to send and receive faxes, customers also have access to their RingCentral business phone system.
This app is now available for a free download in the BlackBerry App World. To use this feature on your BlackBerry you must have a RingCentral account, which is easily activated through their website.

In July, MyFax announced that their Internet fax service will now be accessible on selected PCs and netbooks sold at Best Buy locations in the U.S. The service will be available on the productivity tools through the Best Buy® Software Installer, which replaces the practice of preloading software on new computers and solves the issue of “bloatware” at its source.
BestBuy customers can choose which services they want on their PCs or netbooks through an online library of services they can try before purchasing. Customers have the option to select a 30-day free trial of MyFax or purchase a subscription through the Software Installer.
“Best Buy Software Installer eliminates the frustration many new computer owners face with pre-loaded software that slows the system down,” says Steve Adams, vice president of marketing for Protus, the provider of MyFax.
Software Installer provides a great option for people who want to send and receive faxes electronically that is both cost-effective and environmentally-friendly.
